Biography	Lupin Cy is an ex-soldier turned part-time vigilante & part-time wrestler who was born in Tokyo, Japan. He is 27 years-old and, in appearance, is tall and thin. He has fluffy dark green hair and reddish-brown eyes, one of which is artificial and lighter than the other. He is usually dressed in a blue leisure suit, with a yellow shirt and workmen-inspired boots. Cy is a habitual smoker, often holding a cigarette between his lips, sometimes despite rain or "No Smoking" signs. After months of skepticism and perseverance, everyone's friendly neighborhood vigilante was able to grab the brass ring by outlasting 11 other competitors in the Golden Dreams Ultimate Jeopardy Caged Hell main event and was crowned the DREAM champion after defeating both members of the eGG Bandits for the final 2 falls.
