1. Handlers contracted to Dream Wrestling are expected to roleplay when booked. In good faith, we will not typically let you go until you have accrued two no-shows, however we reserve the right to terminate you from the active roster at one. If you are not going to be able to roleplay in the foreseeable future, let us know. Also, if you need a break, let us know. We won't book you in those cases. Communication is key! Along with this, please do not wait until the end of the rp period then tell us you can't rp. Get ANYTHING up, please.
2. Disrespect to any staff members will be dealt with harshly. Disrespect in general only causes strife and friction between everybody involved. When this happens, it becomes a threat to the federation and it's environment. Any threat to the federation and it's environment will be dealt with harshly. And the threat will be removed immediately.
3. No Advertising of any kind is allowed without The Owner's consent. Violating this rule as a member may result in your immediate release from the DWF. Violating this rule as a non-member may result in your immediate placement to the DWF Blacklist. Any violation to this rule will result in immediate action.
4. All Complaints about the DWF, a ruined angle, bad blood between you and another, or something that happens in the DWF are to be sent to the owner, Ben Halkum, and not to any other staff members. No complaining on the OOC board or Roleplaying Board. Complainers ruin the fun factor and when this happens, it becomes a threat to the federation and it's environment. Any threat to the federation and it's environment will be dealt with harshly. And the threat will be removed immediately.
5. The Dream Wrestling Federation will allow you, as a handler, the option of handling as many characters as you believe you can handle. However, for some, this may take away from the overall quality of your roleplays. If this happens, the DWF reserves the right to cut your characters to One. With these rule revisions, we will all make the DWF stronger, and a better place for us all.
6. STOP! THINK! WRITE! Let's watch the language content. Swearing is allowed, but remember, wrestlers don't use harsh vulgarity on prime time television. So, lets just be aware. Something that is ok with you, might not be ok with someone else's values. Considering there are people from all over the world in the DWF, please, No Homophobic or Racial Comments on any of the DWF boards unless pre-approved. Do not put any posts making fun of an E-Wrestler or a Staff Member.
7. You can save up your roleplays for the last couple days, if that is what you want. However, it is a NEW DWF POLICY, that only one roleplay will be counted towards your match,in the last 24 hours of a rp period. In other words, only one rp in the last 24 hours will be counted, even if you throw your only two up. There will be no exceptions to this rule. And you cannot request to change the roleplaying limit of a match within 5 days of the event.
8. Do not request your roleplaying grades from the Roleplay Rater, DWF Staff or Guest Writer. Do not request the results of your match before the show is posted from the Roleplay Rater, DWF Staff or Guest Writer. If you do so, you will lose your match. It's just that simple. Knowing ahead of time can cause complaining. Complaining ruins the fun factor of our fed and when this happens, it becomes a threat to the federation and it's environment. Any threat to the federation and it's environment will be dealt with harshly. And the threat will be removed immediately.
9. We reserve the right to RP as your character or delegate someone to RP as your character in the event that you decide to, or have to, quit mid angle or rp period. This allows us to conceal to the public the fact that someone is gurenteed to win at a show. As an rp fed, we strive on the best rper to win, but when someone quits and only one person rps for a championship match, it can ruin the fun factor. this rule fixes that.
10. Have fun!
